Hospitals With the Smallest Gap Between Charges and Payments in Ohio

Ranked by how much a hospital bills in list charges for every dollar of care actually paid for, across 110 graded hospitals in Ohio. Only hospitals with at least ten priced procedures appear, so a single unusual case cannot put a hospital at either end.

This is not a ranking of cheap care. A low markup means a hospital's list prices sit close to what its care is actually paid for. It does not mean your treatment there will cost less than somewhere else — that depends on your insurance and your case.
